“As I scroll through Facebook and read the content, I've been bombarded with issues that have persisted for quite some time now. This time they are far louder than ever before. Honestly, it is overwhelming and I feel myself wanting to escape it all. Then I realize this is all necessary, because if we're not talking about the problems then the symptoms will persist.

Alas, it is also important that we're not charged by just any post. Not everything we see on the media is true and confusion is easy to fall into. Stay vigilant and informed.”
