Architecture + Design
ScharrerAD provides architectural design for a wide variety of projects, including train stations, transit centers, parking structures, convention centers, and infrastructure projects. While we have primarily worked on public projects, we also work with private residential and commercial clients and enjoy the variety that these projects have brought to our firm.
Urban Design + Master Planning
Successful urban places, including Transit Facilities and Transit Oriented Development, are the result of careful planning, effective collaboration and a strong guiding vision. We help our clients realize their visions by identifying opportunities and applying our design expertise in the urban realm to establish a path to success.
Feasibility Studies + Assessments
ScharrerAD provides Facility Condition Assessments to aid out clients in determining their long-term capital planning needs. We work on-site with specialized team members based on the specific needs for the given facility. We find this work is invaluable to our practice of providing resilient design solutions for all our clients.
Interior Design
ScharrerAD takes an integrated approach to your project as a whole. We provide interior design services which include programming, space planning, and selection of interior finishes, furnishings, and equipment. Since every project is unique, we work with clients to tailor these services every step of the way.
