Century Link Facility Assessment

Seattle, Washington

The Century-link Field & Wamu Events Center was opened to the public in 2002. The facility supports professional football, multiple levels of soccer, and concerts. The adjacent, 200,000 square foot event center and parking garage host concerts, trade and consumer shows throughout the year.

ScharrerAD worked closely with a team of engineers and architects to comprehensively gather information for the facility assessment including: ownership, operations, user groups, and tenant interviews, site observation tours with staff and user groups, and a thorough site investigation of both facilities and parking garage.

ScharrerAD provided in-depth assessment documentation, along with modernization recommendations for the facility’s tenant, and the Public Stadium Authority.
